1. Customized Items

Due to the personalized nature of customized furniture, we do not offer refunds or returns on these items.
If you encounter any manufacturing defects or quality issues with your customized furniture, we will gladly repair or replace the affected parts. Please contact us within [Number] days of delivery with photos of the issue.
"Customized" refers to items made to your specific size, finish, fabric, or other specifications beyond our standard product offerings. Standard size items where only the color is customized are also considered customizable.

2. Non-Customized Items

You may return non-customized items within 6 days of delivery, provided they meet the following conditions:

  • The item is in its original, unused, and unassembled condition.
    All original packaging, tags, and labels are intact.
  • You have proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
  • The following items are not eligible for return:Assembled or partially assembled items.
    Opened sofas, beds, or installed MDF items/furniture.
  • Used bedding (including bed linens, duvets, pillows, and pillow tops).
  • Mattresses or upholstered products without the original law label (if applicable in the UAE).
  • Items that have been modified, altered, or washed by the customer.

To initiate a return for a non-customized item, please contact us within 24 Hour of delivery to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the return is due to a Bahoo Furniture error (e.g., incorrect item shipped, damaged item upon arrival). Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 10 - 15 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

3. Cancellations

You may cancel an order for non-customized items within 24 hours of placing the order. Please contact us immediately by phone or email to request a cancellation.
Cancellations made after 24 hours but before shipment may be subject to a 10% cancellation fee to cover processing and restocking costs.
Customized orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.

4. Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will assess the damage and offer a suitable solution, which may include:

  • Sending replacement parts.
  • Arranging for repair by a qualified technician.
  • Offering a full or partial refund.
